Established in 2022, Oakworth Construction brings together a highly experienced team with extensive expertise across all aspects of the construction industry.
Co-founders John and Craig each possess over 30 years of industry experience. John has a strong background in timber frame construction, while Craig began his career within an architectural practice before progressing into senior roles with main contractors.
Our Operations Director, Jon Rees, and Commercial Director, Dan King, each bring 15–20 years of experience working for leading main contractors, successfully delivering residential and commercial projects with individual values of up to £25 million.
Oakworth Construction’s directly employed site managers contribute a wealth of practical knowledge, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality workmanship and project outcomes. Collectively, our team offers comprehensive expertise in the design and construction of developments across a range of sectors, including social housing, private residential schemes, commercial units, and refurbishment projects.
We engage with our clients throughout the full project lifecycle — from initial feasibility and design development through to planning, delivery, and post-completion aftercare. Our company culture is founded on transparency, collaboration, and an inclusive approach, enabling us to build long-term relationships and deliver successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
