Conisbrough Ivanhoe Primary Academy
New-Build Nursery Building
We have recently been awarded the contract to construct a new-build nursery building at Conisbrough Ivanhoe Primary Academy.
The new building will be 250m2 Timber Framed structure, with a 20 week build programme, commencing in October 2025.
The project involves a fast-track detailed design process, with us being appointed with only outline plans in place. Working alongside the project Architect, and other members of the design team, Oakworth are progressing the design, with input into all areas, in particular the Timber Frame and Mechanical & Electrical Services design.
The project is due for completion in February 2026.
