Construction of 9, 4 and 3 bedroom properties
Oakworth have been working to deliver 9No executive homes for a private developer. Oakworth Construction work with the architect to ensure the clients specifications has been agreed to ensure that the new homes were delivered as planned. All this would not have been possible without a one team approach.
The project is halfway through its programme and currently on time and on budget so these new homes will be ready for handover in Q4 2025. Another happy client!
Project Highlights
One team approach –Without and open and inclusive team approach this project would not be where we are now. Clarity has been provided by the clients delivery team and freedom has been allowed so Oakworth can maximise the use of most of our own supply team.
Health and Safety – Zero accidents – Oakworth’s focus on safety first works. We had no accidents on site. BSG independent inspectors found the site to be excellent.
Employment opportunities – 10 apprentices have worked on the project in a variety of roles/trades. Bringing young people into the working environment is essential to allow construction to flourish.
Engagement – One open event has been held with all stakeholders invited. All who attended where delighted with the project and progress.
